Some learners need extra help to keep up in mainstream education. Others need intensive support to return to it. We help schools, multi academy trusts and local authorities with both: targeted interventions that close gaps early, and structured support that re-engages learners and guides them back into education, training or employment.
We provide flexible, fully tailored support for learners at risk of falling behind and for those outside mainstream settings. It is delivered face to face or online, in school, at home or in community settings, and built around each learner.
Our specialist educators and mentors support learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, and those disengaged from learning, with personalised plans, consistent delivery and full visibility for commissioners.

Why targeted intervention and reintegration matter
The SEND reforms set out in the Schools White Paper, Every Child Achieving and Thriving, put inclusion and early intervention at the heart of school improvement. Support is organised in tiers, from a universal offer of high quality teaching, through targeted and targeted plus interventions, to specialist provision, with the aim of meeting more needs earlier in mainstream settings.
Our support helps you act on this. We deliver targeted, evidence informed interventions that close gaps early and keep learners on track, alongside structured support that re-engages learners who are out of school and helps them return successfully.
Reintegration in particular is rarely about academic catch up alone. It depends on rebuilding routines, confidence and trust, alongside the knowledge a learner needs to return. We bring these together in one coordinated programme, built around each learner’s education, health and care plan (EHCP) where they have one, their interests and their wider provision plan.
Whether you need to close a widening gap, re-engage a pupil who is out of school, or prepare a young person for what comes next, we tailor support around the learner and report clearly on impact.
Closing gaps and supporting progression
For learners who are in school but at risk of falling behind, or approaching a key transition, we provide targeted tuition and forward looking mentoring that protects outcomes and builds independence.
Supplementary provision
Flexible, curriculum aligned tuition that closes gaps quickly and protects outcomes, without adding pressure to staff capacity.
- Targeted one to one or budget friendly small group tuition from just one hour per week, delivered before, during or after school
- Clear goals from the outset, with attendance, engagement and progress tracked and reported
- An auditable line of sight from intervention to outcome, supporting catch up priorities and funding evidence
- Options including breakfast and after school clubs, holiday programmes, intervention sessions and exam preparation
- Tutors experienced in supporting learners with SEND and English as an additional language (EAL)
Progression mentoring
One to one mentoring that prepares young people for life beyond school, from independence to employment.
- Trusted relationships with learners and families, with tailored plans for academic progress and personal growth
- Essential life skills, including financial literacy, time management, communication and independent living
- Specialist support for autistic learners and those with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), mental health needs or SEMH needs

Returning learners to mainstream education
For pupils outside mainstream settings, or struggling to attend, we combine specialist tuition with dedicated mentoring to re-engage learners and prepare them for a sustainable return.
Alternative provision

- Structured learning plans with clear transition goals, preparing pupils for a seamless return to full time education
- From short term support to a full academic year, covering up to 5 subjects with 5 to 25 hours of tuition per week, as an interim replacement for school
- Specialist support for autistic pupils and those with communication, physical or sensory needs, building resilience, coping strategies and emotional wellbeing
- Core subject tutoring and engagement focused mentoring, keeping pupils academically on track and socially supported
- One to one sessions or small groups of up to 6 learners, tailored to educational, behavioural and social needs
- Flexible delivery, face to face or online, in school, at home or in community settings
Attendance mentoring
Personalised, home based mentoring that rebuilds routines and re-engages learners who are persistently absent.

Safeguarding and quality at the heart of our service
Our service does not stop at matching an educator. Safety, welfare and quality run through every programme, from first vetting to final report.
Qualified educators
Our educators are qualified teachers and subject specialists, experienced in supporting vulnerable learners from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4.
Rigorous vetting
Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, references and mandatory safeguarding training are completed before any placement, in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance.
Ongoing quality assurance
A dedicated quality assurance team reviews every programme to maintain high standards, progression and pupil safety, with coaching or further training where needed.
Dynamic risk and clear escalation
Risk is assessed and updated across home, community and online settings, with immediate, clearly defined escalation routes to schools and local authorities. Learner welfare is always the priority.
