About the programme
The Thrive Early Years Educator Apprenticeship is a work based programme for practitioners working with children under 5. It combines the full Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification with Thrive’s specialist expertise in social and emotional wellbeing, woven throughout the programme.
Apprentices develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to plan and deliver high quality childcare and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), while building the relational skills needed to support children’s healthy social and emotional development.
You’ll learn through a blend of virtual classrooms, webinars, work based tasks and online assignments, with one to one guidance from an apprenticeship tutor. Core modules include safeguarding, child development and equality, diversity and SEND.
